What if the formal date changes after I book?

Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before the appointment, so a booking can be cancelled and remade for the new date. To change it, or if you are running late on the day, call the studio on 0415 990 995 and Jonah will help you move it.

Do I need a fade for a school formal?

No. A fade suits a sharp, clean look, but plenty of formal styles keep length on the sides and are shaped with scissors instead. If you are unsure, book the practice cut a couple of weeks out and decide from there, with time to change course before the night.

How do I explain the formal haircut I want?

A photo of the style is the quickest way, ideally one taken from the side as well as the front. It also helps to know roughly how short you want the sides, how much length to keep on top and whether you want a fade or a scissor finish.
