Booking policy for an appointment-only barber

Clipper Culture is an appointment-only barber: there are no walk-ins at the Glen Alpine studio. This page covers how to book, how far ahead, cancelling and changing, and when appointments run.

Why Clipper Culture is an appointment-only barber

The studio is private and home-based, and it serves one client at a time. Instead of a queue, every booking is one of the timed appointments with space left before the next one, so you are not waiting on someone else's cut to finish and there is no waiting room. How to book timed appointments

Online at the booking page: pick the service, then a time from the live availability.

Bookings open up to 30 days ahead and close 2 hours before each time, so the latest you can book is 2 hours' notice.

Barber cancellation policy

Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before your appointment. A booking is cancelled if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time. Need to move your booking, or running late on the day? Call 0415 990 995 as soon as you know.

Evening and weekend appointments

Appointments run seven days, including evenings and weekends, always by appointment. Times are not fixed opening hours, so the booking page shows what is free right now. Looking for a Sunday cut? The Journal covers Sunday barbers in Glen Alpine and Macarthur.

Mobile and event bookings

Mobile cuts are not booked online: call 0415 990 995, as only a limited number run each week. Weddings, school formals and other group events are booked by enquiry, with pricing set per event. The mobile barber page explains the call-out fee.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

No. Clipper Culture takes no deposits online, so booking a time at the booking page does not charge your card upfront. You pay for the services you booked at the menu price, and every form of payment is accepted. Prices for each service are listed on the pricing page before you choose.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes, when a time is still free and you book at least 2 hours before it. The booking page shows live availability, including evening slots, so check there first for anything later the same day. If the times shown do not suit, call 0415 990 995 to ask about what is coming up across the week.

What if I need to cancel with less than 2 hours' notice?

Free cancellation covers any change made up to 2 hours before your appointment, whether you booked online, by phone or by Instagram message. Inside that window, phone the studio on 0415 990 995 as soon as you know, so the time can be talked through with Jonah directly.
